Services
Everything inside the house, and most of what's outside it.
We are a general contractor, not a single-trade shop. That means one quote, one schedule and one crew lead for the whole renovation — whether it is a powder room or the entire main floor.
01 · Kitchens
Kitchen renovations
The most disruptive room in the house, so we plan it hardest. Cabinets and counters are ordered and on site before demolition starts, which is what keeps a kitchen from turning into a three-month camping trip.
- Custom and semi-custom cabinetry, islands and pantries
- Quartz, granite and butcher-block counters, tile backsplash
- Opening the kitchen into the living room, beam and permit included
- Plumbing, electrical, pot lights and appliance rough-in
Typical timeline: 4–6 weeks on site
02 · Bathrooms
Bathroom renovations
Bathrooms fail from the inside out, so the part you never see is the part we care about most: waterproofing, slope, and a shower pan that was built once and built right.
- Full down-to-the-studs rebuilds and tub-to-shower conversions
- Schluter or membrane waterproofing with proper niches and curbs
- Heated floors, exhaust upgrades and moisture-rated lighting
- New powder rooms and basement bathrooms, including drainage
Typical timeline: 2–3 weeks on site
03 · Basements
Basement finishing & suites
The cheapest square footage you will ever add is the square footage you already own. Rec room, home office, or a legal second suite that pays part of the mortgage.
- Framing, insulation, drywall, flooring and drop or flat ceilings
- Legal second suites: egress windows, fire separation, separate entrance
- Basement kitchens, bathrooms and wet bars
- Waterproofing, sump and underpinning coordination where needed
Typical timeline: 6–10 weeks on site
04 · Whole home
Whole-home renovations
Full gut jobs, additions and older Toronto houses that need the layout rethought rather than redecorated. Phased so you know exactly which weeks are loud.
- Layout changes, load-bearing walls and new beams
- Rear and second-storey additions with engineered drawings
- Full electrical and plumbing updates in older houses
- Condo and townhouse renovations, including building approvals
Typical timeline: 10–16 weeks on site
05 · Flooring & carpentry
Flooring, stairs & carpentry
The finish work that decides whether a renovation reads as professional. Level subfloors, tight seams, and trim that meets in the right places.
- Hardwood, engineered, vinyl plank, laminate and tile
- Staircase rebuilds, new treads, railings and spindles
- Baseboard, casing, crown, wainscoting and feature walls
- Closets, built-in shelving and mudroom storage
Typical timeline: 3 days – 2 weeks
06 · Drywall & paint
Drywall, ceilings & painting
Popcorn ceilings scraped and skimmed flat, cracks fixed at the cause rather than filled, and paint that goes on after everything is masked — not around it.
- Popcorn-ceiling removal and smooth-ceiling refinishing
- Drywall repair, taping and Level 5 finishes
- Interior painting: walls, ceilings, doors and trim
- Water-damage and settlement-crack repair
Typical timeline: 2 days – 1 week
07 · Exterior
Decks, porches & exteriors
Outdoor work that survives a Toronto winter: proper footings below the frost line, flashing where it belongs, and materials chosen for freeze-thaw.
- Decks, porches, pergolas and railings
- Siding, soffit, fascia, eaves and exterior trim
- Window and exterior-door replacement
- Garages, sheds and separate-entrance stairwells
Typical timeline: 1–3 weeks
Questions
The things people ask on the first visit.
How long does a kitchen or bathroom renovation take?
Do you handle permits?
Is the quote actually fixed?
Can we stay in the house during the renovation?
What about payment?
Which areas do you serve?
Not sure which of these you need?
That is what the free visit is for. We will tell you what the house actually needs first, and what can wait.
